CATHERINE FARNHAM HEALTH & NUTRITION COACHING

For me, healthful living began in my childhood. I grew up in a household where I learned to eat a healthy Mediterranean diet at an early age. I’ve been active and an athlete my whole life and played soccer in college. It’s there where I began to pay even greater attention to the food I put into my body. Eating well helped me compete at a higher level. I noticed that the better I ate, the better I felt and performed.

After graduating from Bentley University with a degree in Marketing, I made a decision to pursue a career in nutrition and fitness. I enrolled at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. For more than 20 years, the Institute of Integrative Nutrition has been a pioneer in preventative health care and is one of the largest and most comprehensive nutrition schools in the world.
There, I learned about the importance of real, whole foods, proper nutrition and how to live a balanced life - both physically and mentally. The Institute of Integrative Nutrition is the only school that explores and teaches more than 100 dietary theories.
I listened, learned and studied with some of the world’s top health & wellness experts. My experience and learning has inspired me to dedicate my life to helping clients to achieve their personal health and nutrition goals.
